Ahoy Book Lovers,

For as many years as I can remember, I have loved books but more than that I enjoyed making up adventures in my head but I was always too embarrassed to commit the idea to paper. Terrified someone would read it.

The ideas gnawed at me for years wanting to get out but I ignored and did all the things I was meant to do, finish school and get a job.

The problem was I never really found a passion. Over the years, I had found great jobs, worked with amazing people but nothing that touched my soul.

When I faced some health issues in 2022, it forced me to slow down and gave me time to reflect on what I wanted to do. Some nights I could not sleep and the story ideas I had buried started to float to the surface and I began to piece together a story on paper.

That was the start.

Now I have a book almost ready to release and I have plans for several other books. Writing has given me the passion I was missing. I wake every day and want to write an adventure, I want to share my work with people and I want to see others journey too.

So Jaunty Seas Publishing was born as I prepare to release my first book. Over time I hope to make this a full time career and share more stories with you, as well as resources and things I have learned through my journey.
